There are not many books on this subject, that is why I bought this book.In hope to get useful information.I am a beginner and have been restoring furniture for a year but I do not need to be tought how to handle a SCREWDRIVER! the chapter about cleaning and refinishing without stripping is repeated in the book THREE times , in different places!!! maybe because “repetitio mater studiorum est” !?!?! when polishing , it is usually really timeconsuming to fill the pores and all they have to say about this is tixothropic filler. try to get this stuff any place else than GB!!!fat chance. and why they say nothing about the pumice?
